1. Assistant Professor on Contract (Grade II): No prior experience.
2. Assistant Professor (Grade I): 3 years in research/teaching/industry.
3. Associate Professor: 6 years of experience (3 years as Assistant Professor at peer institutions).
Professor: 10 years of experience (4 years as Associate Professor at peer institutions).
